Well I'd like to put together a scanslation group which seems like a perfectly logical next step.

The following positions will need to be filled:
Translators:
Japanese, Chinese
Editors:
You must have access to Photoshop- and have a working knowledge of how to edit a chapter
Scanners:
Preferably who have there own copies of the manga in either Japanese or Chinese.

If you have any skill in these areas please reply to this message or pm me.

I may ask you to complete a brief test for editors.

I don't really mind helping out with the chinese translation but I may have a bit of difficulty in translating the more complex titles like Bleach because there are many terms and names that I may not be familiar with.

Would it be ok if I do "partial" translation

I can help with translating Japanese to English, but I'd like to take it easy so preferrably it's something without a deadline. I'd happy to take any tests.

Well i can help with the editing too. I've been using photoshop for quite some time now, and i guess i can do some editing. I can also go through one of those test things too, if you wanna see whether i can do it or not. ^_^
