i remember this anime from when i was 13 ,22 now it was about a crazy chip from space or somwhat of that nature somehow coming to meet this old crazy man in a wheel chair i dont remember the details but the chip end up connecting to the old man and wheel chair going thru the city collecting items becoming this huge montrosity with a little old man stuck in the middle ,i cant remember i think the millitary even got involved ive been looking for it a while and no site has helped i wish i could remember the name i know sombody has seen it. sorry for the post thankx
