For me, Hana kimi, Ouran High Host Club, Vampire Knight, Beauty Pop, Penguin Revolution, Time Stranger Kyoko and Full Moon Wo Sagashite..

My personal favourites so far, and I have read a lot are:

Fruits Basket
W Juliet
Crimson Hero
EDIT:: Hana Kimi is also very good

They all have good story lines and they keep you wanting more.
Speaking of, I need money to buy more >_>...

uhmn, I've just finished reading this manga called Kagen no Tsuki , I found it very sad but also really sweet and beautiful, it has to be one of the best soujo mangas I ever read. Along with, ofcourse, Skip beat, Kare Kano, Alixe 19th, Kiss Zekkou Kiss and special A.
