Originality: The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya or Welcome to the NHK!

Reason: I've seen nothing else like these two, can't decide between them. For originality, these are the best.

Graphical: (you mean animation?) ... Ergo Proxy?

Extreme Character designs with the Proxies and all. And the animation was very good. Kind of like the animation in Claymore, but a little bit different...

Story: Red Garden

Crazy story. Although at first you might hate it, after you finish watching, you'll like the plot a lot.

Character: Blood+

Not in terms of character design, but in terms of coming to like each of the characters. They develop a WHOLE lot in Blood+, esp. saya and kai the most.
